Arada, a UAE-based property developer, has signed a construction contract valued at AED 678 million (USD 184.5 million) for the Armani Beach Residences located on Palm Jumeirah.
The project, which marks Arada’s debut in Dubai, has been entrusted to Arabian Construction Company (ACC), a well-established UAE-based contractor.
Work on the development is already in progress, with completion anticipated by the end of 2026.
Positioned along the outer crescent of the iconic Palm Jumeirah, Armani Beach Residences is a premium residential venture being executed in collaboration with the Armani Group and renowned Japanese architect Tadao Ando.
Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, Group CEO of Arada, stated: “This is a landmark project not just for Arada but for the entire Dubai property market, combining visionary design with unmatched beachfront living.”
