ENOC Group has entered into a landmark agreement with the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) to develop the first-ever petrol station in Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), a key mixed-use development managed by DMCC. This collaboration marks a significant step in ENOC’s retail expansion plans for 2025–2026 and reflects DMCC’s commitment to advancing community infrastructure.
The new service station will be situated on a 50,187 square-foot plot within JLT and will include a built-up area of 5,920 square feet. Strategically located to serve the dynamic JLT and Jumeirah Park communities, the station will provide conventional fueling services alongside state-of-the-art sustainable technology. Additional amenities will cater to the evolving demands of the surrounding areas, including Uptown Dubai.
Enhancing Community Infrastructure
Ahmed bin Sulayem, Executive Chairman and CEO of DMCC, emphasized the importance of the new development, stating:
