Dubai, United Arab Emirates – September 23, 2024: Nakheel, a key player in Dubai Holding Real Estate, has granted a significant AED 1.8 billion contract to ALEC Engineering & Contracting LLC for the construction of the iconic Como Residences on Palm Jumeirah. This elite residential tower is set to redefine luxury living in Dubai, offering exclusivity and elegance in every detail.
Standing at over 300 meters tall, the 75-storey Como Residences will feature only 81 spacious residences, ranging from two to seven-bedroom apartments, along with a luxurious duplex penthouse. Each floor will host no more than two apartments, ensuring privacy and exclusivity for the residents, who will have access-controlled elevators leading to their private lobbies.
The residences on level 23 and above will offer unparalleled 360-degree views of the sea and Dubai’s skyline, with vistas stretching from Jumeirah’s Burj Al Arab to Ain Dubai.
In line with Nakheel’s rich legacy of delivering transformative developments, Como Residences will continue their tradition of luxury waterfront living. The architectural design of Como Residences draws inspiration from the sea, with flowing, organic lines resembling a seashell. A standout feature will be its elevated private sandy beaches and a series of communal and private pools on various levels, echoing the surrounding waterfront. Other amenities include a rooftop infinity pool on the 75th floor, an observation deck, a spa, a gym with panoramic views, green spaces, and a children’s play area.
The tower is scheduled for completion in Q2 2028, promising an unmatched living experience in one of Dubai’s most iconic locations.
