DAMAC Properties, a leading UAE real estate developer, has announced its first project in Ras Al Khaimah, introducing the “Shoreline by DAMAC” on Al Marjan Island. This development marks the company’s debut in the emirate and will offer a range of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments and duplexes, all featuring direct beach access.
Located on Island 4 of Al Marjan, Shoreline by DAMAC is a collaborative effort with Vincent Faudemer’s BABOLEX luxury collection. This partnership follows their previous successful collaboration on the Coral Reef by DAMAC project in Dubai.

DAMAC’s expansion into Ras Al Khaimah reflects the emirate’s increasing appeal to expatriates and investors. The 2023 Expat City Ranking positioned Ras Al Khaimah as the world’s fourth-best city for expatriates to live and work.
The launch of Shoreline by DAMAC is a significant step for the company, which has been a prominent player in the Middle East’s luxury real estate sector since 2002.
