A new high-end resort is poised to open within Saudi Arabia’s NEOM project, as Equinox Hotels recently announced. Situated in Magna, one of NEOM’s twelve destinations on the Gulf of Aqaba coast, the Equinox Resort Treyam will be positioned 40 meters above a lagoon, spanning 450 meters.
Christopher Norton, CEO of Equinox Hotels, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership with NEOM, describing the region as the future of luxury hospitality. He highlighted their commitment to innovation, sustainability, and pushing the boundaries of hospitality. The resort plans to offer activities focused on movement, nutrition, regeneration, and community engagement.
Jeremy Lester, Executive Director of Magna, emphasized NEOM’s dedication to pioneering extraordinary initiatives and the significant impact of their partnership with Equinox Hotels on sustainable hospitality. Resort Facilities will include guest rooms, a 450-metre pool, restaurants, a spa, and an Equinox Fitness Club, among other amenities.
