Services including land and maritime transport licences will be unavailable for one hour
The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure (MOEI) has announced a temporary suspension of its digital platform’s e-services tonight. The services will be unavailable from 10pm to 11pm on July 12, as part of a scheduled system upgrade.
In a post on X, the ministry stated that this one-hour suspension is necessary to enhance the platform’s performance and improve the quality of its services. The temporary suspension will affect several frequently used services, particularly those related to land and maritime transport licences.
These services include the issuance, renewal, and cancellation of documents such as seafarer’s licences, national transport vehicle permits, and boat registrations. The ministry has urged users to plan their transactions accordingly to avoid inconvenience during the upgrade period.
