The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has forecasted fair to partly cloudy weather conditions for the UAE, with a potential for rain in certain areas.
The day will be characterized by light to moderate winds, which may freshen at times and cause blowing dust. Low clouds are expected along the East Coast, with a chance of convective cloud formation in the eastern regions, potentially leading to rainfall by the afternoon.
Temperatures are anticipated to soar up to 48ºC across the country. In Abu Dhabi and Dubai, the mercury is expected to reach 41ºC. However, cooler temperatures are also forecasted, with lows of 30ºC in Abu Dhabi, 31ºC in Dubai, and 24ºC in internal areas.
Humidity levels are expected to increase by night and into Saturday morning, with a possibility of fog or mist forming in some coastal regions. Humidity will range from 30 to 85 per cent in Abu Dhabi and from 40 to 90 per cent in Dubai.
Sea conditions are predicted to be slight in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.
