Roasters Specialty Coffee House, a renowned coffee destination in Dubai for enthusiasts, is preparing for an extensive expansion, planning to open new branches across the city, in other emirates of the UAE, and throughout the broader Middle East region.
Roasters aims to lead the way in shaping the future of coffee in Dubai and beyond, with each new coffee shop offering a unique atmosphere and menu, featuring a wider range of coffee origins sourced directly from global coffee hubs, alongside its well-known 24k gold coffee and rare Jamaica Blue Mountain brew.
Founded by Ukrainian entrepreneurs Ivan Kroshnyi and Konstantin Harbuz, Roasters will kick off its ambitious expansion with a special opening event for its sixth outlet at Dubai Harbour in May, followed by three more openings in prestigious Dubai locations.
“We’re using our own funds to open these new branches, ensuring each stays true to our brand,” said Ivan Kroshnyi. “We also plan to expand further within the UAE and the Middle East soon,” added Konstantin Harbuz.
The origin story of Roasters mirrors that of global giants like Microsoft, starting as a passion project with a $1 million investment in an old villa in Jumeirah over three years ago, and now emerging as a key player in the UAE’s specialty coffee scene.
Roasters has become a flagship leader in Dubai, boasting two production facilities, six locations, and a team of over 120 staff members. The success is attributed to the focus on exceeding customer expectations with a variety of flavors.
The choice of Roasters locations in Dubai is meticulous, with each venue featuring spacious luxury design and offering a diverse selection of over 20 coffee origins sourced directly from worldwide hubs.
Central to Roasters’ success is its commitment to specialty coffee, ensuring an exceptional taste profile by specializing in the highest-grade coffee beans globally.
The aggressive expansion plan aims to enhance Dubai and the region’s coffee culture, establishing new standards of quality and innovation in the industry.
Roasters’ specialty coffee undergoes a meticulous cultivation process in specific regions and medium roasting, enhancing its aroma and nuanced flavor notes.
The company is excited to announce its plan to open numerous new branches across Dubai, aiming to elevate the city’s coffee scene and set new benchmarks for quality and creativity.
In addition to coffee, Roasters also offers a variety of desserts crafted solely from natural ingredients, catering to every palate.
Beyond their successful coffee venture, the Ukrainian entrepreneurs have established a group of companies spanning diverse sectors, including construction and finance, in the UAE.
