Dubai’s real estate sector witnessed an impressive performance, with a total of 500 sales transactions valued at AED 1.21B, according to data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD).
The sales encompassed a diverse range of properties, including 467 villas and apartments valued at AED 970.05M, as well as 33 land plots worth AED 240.95M, according to WAM.
In addition to the sales transactions, the market also saw significant activity in mortgage deals, with 103 transactions amounting to AED 267.86M. Among these mortgage deals were 84 villas and apartments worth AED 196.82M, along with 19 land plots valued at AED 71.04 M.
Furthermore, the day’s real estate transactions were further bolstered by 73 gift deals, totaling AED 225.33M.
Overall, the combined value of these sales, mortgage, and gift transactions surpassed AED 1.7B, highlighting the robustness of Dubai’s real estate market.
