According to data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw a total of 691 sales transactions on Monday, valued at AED 1.81B.
Additionally, there were 87 mortgage deals worth AED709.5 million and 101 gift deals amounting to AED 100.53M. The sales transactions included 648 villas and apartments worth AED1.56B, as well as 43 land plots worth AED249.95M, according to WAM.
The mortgage deals comprised 67 villas and apartments worth AED 161.39M and 20 land plots valued at AED 548.11M. In total, the realty transactions on Monday amounted to over AED 2.6B.
