According to data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw a total of 502 sales transactions on Thursday, amounting to AED 1.2B. Additionally, there were 98 mortgage deals totaling AED 388.51M and 66 gift deals worth AED 212.62M. The sales comprised of 461 villas and apartments valued at AED 881.84M, as well as 41 land plots worth AED 318.68M, according to WAM.
Meanwhile, the mortgages included 76 villas and apartments worth AED 182.63M and 22 land plots valued at AED 205.88M. In total, the realty transactions for the day exceeded AED 1.8B.
