The Colonial Pipeline is shipping at normal rates, based on nominations from shippers, a spokeswoman for the company said on Friday evening.
The pipeline, which supplies about 45% of the fuel consumed by the U.S. East Coast, restarted on Thursday after a disruptive cyber attack shut the system for six days. The outage has sparked panic buying and sent the average national gasoline price to its highest since October 2014.
