According to data from the global aviation analytics organisation OAG, Etihad Airways was among the most punctual airlines in the Middle East and globally during the busiest summer travel season.
Since April, Etihad has achieved an on-time arrival performance rating within 15 minutes of 83%.
In its Punctuality League ratings since April 2022, OAG listed Etihad as one of the few airlines in the Middle East that consistently operates towards an 80% on-time arrival performance and maintains one of the lowest cancellation rates worldwide.

OAG defines on-time performance as a flight arriving within 15 minutes of the planned time. This standard metric used by the airline industry takes into account the variety of variable circumstances that can have an impact on operations.
