Aldar, a leading UAE developer, has introduced the first phase of Yas Park Place, a new residential community on Yas Island. Overlooking Yas Central Park, the development comprises six mid-rise buildings with contemporary architecture. The residences include studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as two-bedroom duplexes, all designed to optimise natural light, functionality, and indoor-outdoor integration.
Sales for the first phase are scheduled to commence on Thursday, April 16.
At the core of the development is a landscaped podium inspired by desert oases, designed as a central green retreat that connects the buildings while encouraging wellness, movement, and community interaction.
The podium features a curated collection of themed gardens, including an Aqua Garden with splash pads and water features for cooling and play, a Reflective Garden with a plunge pool and shaded lawns for relaxation, a Zen Garden with yoga decks and meditation spaces, and co-working gardens equipped with shaded seating to support outdoor working.
