Aldar continues to maintain strong delivery momentum across its UAE development portfolio, with more than 3,500 residential units targeted for completion in 2026 as construction activity scales across key markets.
The company has already delivered 1,075 homes this year, including 550 units in March alone, reflecting consistent progress against planned timelines.
Construction is currently underway across 141 active sites spanning Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Ras Al Khaimah, supported by stable supply chains and long-standing contractor relationships.
In March, Aldar recorded construction spending of AED1.55 billion (USD422 million), while total on-site activity reached 30 million working hours, marking a notable year-on-year increase.
Since the start of 2026, the developer has awarded contracts worth AED4.7 billion, with AED1.8 billion allocated during March to UAE-based contractors.
A substantial share of these awards—AED1.78 billion—has been reinvested into the local economy through the National In-Country Value programme, strengthening domestic industry participation.
Aldar’s development pipeline remains robust, with 172 active tenders valued at over AED30 billion, signalling sustained expansion across its project portfolio.
The company is also progressing with new project launches, including Yas Park Place in North Yas, further enhancing its residential portfolio in high-demand destinations.
From a financial perspective, Aldar maintains a strong liquidity position exceeding AED30 billion, underpinned by a disciplined and strategic capital approach.
Overall, the company’s steady execution, resilient contractor network, and solid financial foundation continue to support its long-term growth and delivery outlook within the UAE real estate sector.
