Group Amana, a regional specialist in commercial design-build solutions, has secured a significant contract from DP World to develop a multi-tenant warehouse facility at Jafza, Dubai.
Spanning a built-up area of 141,916 sqm, the project will feature 187 units distributed across seven blocks, comprising warehouses, light industrial spaces, a retail outlet, a mosque, and comprehensive utility infrastructure, the company stated.
The award further strengthens Amana’s long-standing collaboration with DP World and underscores its expertise in delivering multi-tenant industrial developments.
