Ayat Development, a subsidiary of Ayat Group, has formally commenced construction on Ayami Residence, a modern G+Podium+6 residential scheme located in Warsan First. The groundbreaking ceremony marks the start of works on the 376-unit development, underscoring the company’s focus on delivering thoughtfully designed, lifestyle-oriented communities within Dubai’s emerging residential districts.
Scheduled for handover in 2028, Ayami Residence will offer a carefully planned selection of studios, as well as one- and two-bedroom apartments.
