NEOPAY, a major digital payments and merchant solutions company in the UAE, revealed a strategic collaboration with local fintech Nymbl to roll out Nymbl QX, a QR-driven table ordering and payment system that aims to make dining easier and improve operational efficiency for food and beverage outlets throughout the UAE.
As a result of this partnership, businesses using NEOPAY will be able to let patrons view menus, make selections, and settle bills right from their seats via a QR code. This eliminates paper menus, order lines, and the delay in processing payments, helping restaurants run more effectively and offer guests a more seamless experience.
According to Umair Siddiqui, Head of VAS, Data and Lending at NEOPAY, the tie‑up with Nymbl enhances their all‑in‑one business offering by adding an easily deployable pay‑at‑table feature for F&B merchants, helping remove friction in both ordering and payment and allowing them to concentrate on service excellence with solutions that truly meet operational challenges.
The “Nymbl QX” platform is now part of NEOPAY’s payment ecosystem, letting merchants activate the feature during onboarding. It centres on efficient order control and secure digital payments, helping restaurants handle dine‑in orders smoothly, boost table rotation, and enhance service operations.
Dayan V Ipe, CEO of Nymbl, said they are excited to expand their work with NEOPAY by bringing Nymbl QX into its F&B merchant base, combining QR‑powered ordering with integrated payments so restaurants can operate more efficiently, cut down waiting times, and offer diners a more convenient service, all with a secure and dependable payment system.
NEOPAY and Nymbl anticipate expanding the partnership in response to rising demand for QR‑enabled order‑and‑pay systems in the UAE’s hospitality sector, with plans for broader adoption across the F&B industry in the coming years.
The alliance also mirrors a larger move toward digital solutions in the UAE’s hospitality and payments landscape, where more merchants are embracing QR‑based contactless technologies to elevate guest experiences, reduce operational challenges, and foster a cashless dining culture.
