The announcement includes 599 new decisions issued in the fourth quarter, amounting to AED478 million. Breakdown of Housing Support Provided in 2025
Throughout the year, the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme delivered a range of support mechanisms. The annual total included 524 grants worth AED356.3 million, 623 government housing loans valued at AED270.2 million, and 32 government housing grants or benefits amounting to AED25.4 million. Additionally, 2,388 housing financing decisions were issued, reaching AED1.894 billion. These allocations ensure sustained assistance for citizens seeking suitable housing solutions and contribute to wider national welfare objectives.
Fourth Quarter Decisions and Financial Allocations
In the fourth quarter of 2025, the programme issued 599 decisions valued at AED478 million. The allocations included two gracious grants worth AED1.3 million, along with 31 government housing loans amounting to AED25.2 million. The period also saw eight government housing grants or benefits worth AED6.4 million and 558 housing financing decisions totalling AED445.1 million. Together, these measures demonstrate continued momentum in delivering housing support as part of the national agenda.
