Dubai Chambers signed a new Memorandum of Understanding with e& UAE to enhance collaboration and introduce value-added communication services for the local business community. The agreement aims to boost the emirate’s private sector by improving access to telecom solutions that help businesses grow. It also focuses on advancing shared objectives while supporting the competitiveness of companies operating across Dubai.
Enhancing Digital Access for SMEs and Startups
The partnership seeks to expand cooperation between both parties, ensuring that small businesses and startups benefit from seamless telecom services. As part of the initiative, customised packages will be developed to suit the evolving needs of emerging enterprises. Khalid AlJarwan stated, “Our partnership with e& UAE reflects our commitment to strengthening Dubai’s business environment and ensuring it is well-positioned to adapt to the rapid changes shaping the digital economy.” He added that smart communication tools increasingly drive sustainable innovation, and therefore, the focus remains on creating an agile ecosystem that enables companies to scale their operations and tap into new opportunities.
Similarly, Esam Mahmoud highlighted the importance of the collaboration. “Our collaboration with Dubai Chambers marks an important step in supporting small and emerging businesses and empowering them to accelerate their digital transformation through smarter, more integrated communication solutions,” he said. He noted that entrepreneurs would be able to leverage advanced infrastructure, which further contributes to Dubai’s growing reputation as a global hub for future technologies.
Aligning With Dubai’s Economic Ambitions
Through this agreement, Dubai Chambers continues its efforts to contribute to the emirate’s long-term economic strategy. The organisation remains aligned with targets such as doubling the size of Dubai’s economy by 2033. Moreover, it continues to prioritise initiatives that attract international investment, expand the global reach of member companies, and accelerate the digital transformation of the local market. As a result, the partnership is expected to support a wide range of businesses while reinforcing the emirate’s leadership in innovation and growth.
