AIR (AI Realtor), a Dubai-based proptech firm, has introduced what it calls the world’s first fully AI-native real estate brokerage platform, marking a significant move that supports the UAE’s ambition to lead globally in artificial intelligence.
Developed under the National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031, AIR is a homegrown solution created within Dubai’s digital ecosystem. The platform seeks to transform property transactions by merging human expertise with advanced AI, offering a simpler, faster and more transparent real estate experience.
“Our mission is to become the most trusted real estate advisor — in the UAE, the region and ultimately worldwide,” said Milad Monshipour, Founder and CEO of AIR. “No individual can track every listing, price trend or buyer signal across an entire city, but AIR can in real time. Through human-centred AI, we aim to make property transactions fundamentally smarter, simpler and more reliable.”
At the core of the platform is AIR Brain, a self-learning engine trained using Dubai’s real estate data. It powers tools such as AIR GPT, an in-depth real estate knowledge model; AIR Match, a personalised property search feature; AIR Value, a live valuation tool; and AIR Assistant, which automates CRM and scheduling activities.
The platform enhances broker productivity by streamlining operations and improving data-driven transparency. By handling routine tasks automatically, AIR allows agents to focus on client engagement and negotiations, while giving buyers and sellers access to real-time, easy-to-understand insights.
“AIR doesn’t just improve real estate — it reinvents it,” Monshipour added. “For the first time, AI comprehends Dubai’s property market in real time, helping agents respond faster, take informed decisions and redefine industry standards of trust and performance.”
Backed by the UAE’s robust digital infrastructure, regulatory support and commitment to open data, AIR highlights the nation’s growing influence as a global innovation hub.
