Expo City Dubai has unveiled Expo Valley Views, the newest residential community in its expanding portfolio, offering fresh sustainable living choices within one of the city’s most forward-looking urban areas.
Situated in the broader Expo Valley district, this apartment development presents premium, eco-aware homes built to foster comfort, wellness and connectivity—fully in line with Dubai’s 2040 Urban Master Plan.
The development includes eight low-rise apartment blocks of different heights, forming a stepped skyline that evokes the look of mountain terrain.
It will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, enveloped by landscaped gardens, water features and wellness zones—embodying Expo City Dubai’s emphasis on sustainable urban living.
The project is conceived as a walkable, shaded neighbourhood with horse-riding trails, several swimming pools, yoga decks, fitness studios, playgrounds and community cafés.
Ahmed Al Khatib, Chief Development and Delivery Officer at Expo City Dubai, commented: “Expo Valley Views reflects our vision of creating communities that put people and the environment first—shaping an urban neighbourhood grounded in its context and built around comfort, connection and nature.”
Expo Valley Views embeds environmental sustainability and social responsibility through strategies such as native landscaping, smart irrigation and water-reuse systems, along with responsibly sourced building materials.
Just minutes from Al Wasl Plaza, Terra and Expo City’s growing cultural and business zones, Expo Valley Views pairs calm living with excellent connectivity. Its prime location close to Al Maktoum International Airport—destined to become the world’s largest aviation hub—and the Dubai Exhibition Centre boosts its attractiveness for residents and investors alike.
The scheme draws on the success of Expo Valley Villas, Mangrove Residences, Sky Residences, Sidr Residences and Al Waha Residences, and is part of a longer-term plan to accommodate 35,000 residents within Expo City Dubai.
