ADNOC Distribution recorded notable growth in its non-fuel retail operations during the first half of 2025, increasing its total number of retail outlets to 379, up from 365 during the same period last year.
Bader Saeed Al Lamki, CEO of ADNOC Distribution, said that non-fuel transactions rose by 10.4 percent, reaching 26 million compared with 23.5 million in H1 2024. He added that the in-store conversion rate climbed to 26.3 percent, indicating enhancements in customer experience and operational efficiency.
He highlighted that the company is set to equip more than 50 service stations with solar energy in 2025, reflecting ADNOC Distribution’s ongoing commitment to energy efficiency and sustainable solutions that support its environmental objectives.
Al Lamki pointed out that ADNOC Distribution serves over 650,000 customers daily through a network of more than 520 stores across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, emphasising its growing regional footprint and capability to meet customer demands across multiple markets.
Speaking on the relaunch of the Oasis by ADNOC brand identity, Al Lamki described it as a strategic transformation that extends beyond a simple name or logo change. The revamp strengthens the company’s position as a leading destination for coffee and convenience shopping while supporting its five-year strategy (2024–2028) to double non-fuel transaction growth and reduce dependence on traditional fuel revenues.
He added that ADNOC Distribution is evolving into a retail company driven by artificial intelligence, implementing over 20 initiatives aimed at optimising store layouts, personalising offerings, and enhancing customer experiences through targeted promotions. He noted that 90 percent of the public responded positively to the new Oasis by ADNOC branding.
The refreshed brand identity is being introduced across all 379 stores, including more than 250 outlets offering barista-prepared coffee, alongside expanded car services, integrated service centres, and collaborations with leading quick-service restaurants, positioning ADNOC Distribution as a premier daily destination.
